December 10th – Wild Man Choir: A Story in Song (Bundjalung Country/Byron Bay)
Hosted by ARIA-nominated singer/songwriter Dingo Spender (of Mama Kin Spender) and Meditation Australia president and storyteller, Asher Packman, ‘Wild Man Choir: A Story in Song’ is a call out for brotherhood.
We live in a time where men are becoming increasingly disconnected from one another, where male suicide statistics remain bleaker than ever. By standing shoulder-to-shoulder and singing from our depths – with both strength and tenderness – we can change the narrative around what it means to be a man. This is a gathering where men can unite and support each other to lean in and make change, starting where we all must – within.
Wild Man Choir seeks to reconnect men through the power of the voice and the breath.
