A good friend of mine, Terri Nicholson, is planning to make history today, November 22, 2012, by planning a storm sale attack on her album via Amazon.com TODAY.

You can be part of it by buying simply her album for $20, and in doing so, you get $5,000 worth of FREE resources, treats, songs, downloads, books and good, good things (including a free track from me!)

Check out the Facebook events page for updates on her progress in climbing up the Amazon Charts here: https://www.facebook.com/events/393713530699457/

Or head straight to her website to buy your copy and be part of her Ground Roots/World Wide movement today!

I’m really happy to be a part of this event.

I’ve known Terri for years, since I attended the Lismore Con in 1998, where I got to know a bunch of the lovely people from the hinterland of my more usual coastal existence. I have a soft spot in my heart for Terri, as she bought my first car from me. My 1980 Ford Escort. I am so not a car person. But I had a soft spot for that old girl (the car, not Terri- Terri is quite youthful). People would argue about what colour she was, but in the end, does it matter if you can’t define the colour? She goes!

My funny memory of that car was that I got my first mobile phone, a sweaty brick of a thing, so that I could call a trusty brother/father type person if my car broke down… but the phone broke many times and the car never did… just goes to show really. It was a good car.

I looked like my sister in the rearview mirror. Just a corner of my face, checking to see everything behind me is in it’s place, and catching a split second view of eyes and forehead and cheek, of my sister’s grace.

If you feel it in your heart, go check out Terri’s music and buy her album.

She’s a person, in this world,

having a go at her dreams.

Love.

(P.S. Oh! I’m playing at The Mullumbimby Music Festival THIS WEEKEND with a supersize 8 piece all-star band. Saturday Night! 11PM @ The Courthouse Hotel. See you there!!!!!!!!!!)
